Remove authentication, authorization from java code

• Authentication, authorization tests now done in zabbix: http://zabbixsrv.steinkopf.net:8083/httpconf.php?form=update&hostid=10160&httptestid=4
• remove authentication, authorization from java code, but
  • be sure to still check the most important things that we also need in the internal network (tbd)
  • should be decided in relation/preparation to #5.
